Role Summary
The Sales Enablement Analyst plays a key role in enhancing sales force effectiveness by developing and using sales measurement models, diagnostic tools, and performance tracking methods. The role focuses on identifying sales performance indicators, areas of opportunity, and training needs, while supporting strategic priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into productivity, pipeline health, and win / loss analysis.
- Use diagnostic tools to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and execution.
- Recommend and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and best practices to support sales goals and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify training needs, design programs, and measure training effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in sales incentive and compensation plans to align with strategic priorities.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and tools that enable the sales team to win new business.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably within Supply Chain / Logistics / Technology domains.Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and BI / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work under tight deadlines.Preferred Attributes
Experience in supply chain or logistics industry.Knowledge of sales incentive planning and performance management frameworks.Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
