This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate brand vision and mission by building brand awareness & increase in brand value. (Both online & offline presence)
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies while maintaining brand budgets

- Retail-management / merchandising and planning
- Establish and maintain
- Communications and Marketing (Campaigns, Events, Social media responsibilities, Public Relations, Sourcing, E-commerce)
- Devise Innovative growth strategies
- Communicate, create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, mail campaigns, assisting in the design of retail packaging and website.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing / Management (Fashion / Beauty / Lifestyle related experience preferred)2 / 3+ years' brand management or marketing experienceKnowledge and interest in Fashion and luxury market sector.Strong managerial-marketing and aesthetic skillsBasic design knowledgeStrong communication & leadership skills.
