Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team in HSR Layout, Sector 6 . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and be proficient in using various sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent for diverse Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates for Non-IT positions through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.

Manage bulk and volume hiring efficiently within defined timelines.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1.5 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT sourcing / recruitment .

Proven expertise in bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives .

Strong working knowledge of job portals and other sourcing tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Graduation is mandatory.
