Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership and Target Achievement :
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through a team of advisors and branch staff.
• Team Management and Development :
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of advisors, ensuring their motivation, retention, and productivity.
• Channel Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (e.g., brokers, agencies) to leverage their network for sales and business development.
• Sales Strategy and Execution :
• Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Process Compliance :
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Market Knowledge and Analysis :
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and report on performance to management.
