We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Korean beauty brand's retail operations team. This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on operational execution across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels. Success in this role requires both business development capabilities and attention to operational detail.
Role Overview
You will own both business growth and day-to-day operations of our brand portfolio across retail channels. The role requires balancing strategic initiatives with routine operational tasks, involving :
Strategic Account Management :
- Own P&L and growth targets for assigned brands / channels
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at retail partners
- Negotiate business terms for brand portfolio expansion
- Identify opportunities for brand visibility and growth
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Analyze sales data to drive growth initiatives
- Plan and implement promotional calendars with retail partners
Operational Excellence :
Handle regular operational tasks including listings, price updates, and content managementMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across channelsCreate and update detailed sales reports and analysisEnsure timely resolution of partner queries and issuesCoordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, warehouse)Manage product content and catalogs across platformsTrack and optimize promotional spend and ROIEnsure compliance with partner requirementsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field1-8 years of experience in retail / brand / account managementStrong analytical and Excel skillsExperience in partner managementDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesImportant Note to Candidates
