Role Details

St Michael’s College is seeking a passionate and dedicated mathematics teacher with the ability to teach Stage 2 general maths, to inspire and support students in their learning journey.

About the Role :

Teach Stage 2 General Mathematics to senior, secondary students
Support students’ academic growth and wellbeing, guided by Lasallian values of faith, service and community
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You :

An engaging, qualified and experienced teacher of senior mathematics at secondary level

Passionate about student wellbeing and inclusive education

Committed to the Lasallian ethos and the values of St Michael’s College

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education / Qualifications

Teacher Registration (South Australia)

Teacher Accreditation in Catholic Education SA (including completion of the Grad Cert in Catholic Education within 5 years of appointment)

Keeping Safe : Child Protection Curriculum

Approved Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect Education and Care Training (RRHAN-EC)

Screening clearance and a police clearance to work in Catholic Education SA in accordance with current guidelines Completion of required Core Training programs prior to, or as soon as possible after appointment
