About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant who can work closely with clients to implement, integrate, and optimize SaaS products. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in API integrations, CRM systems, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for global clients
• Build and manage API-based integrations across multiple systems
• Configure and customize CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
• Design and implement workflow automations / recipes
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth onboarding experience
