Strong interpersonal, communication, team-building, and leadership skills. Goal-oriented self-starter, collaborative, and hands-on leader. Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management databases. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Designation : Event Manager
Main Responsibilities :
- Engage with individuals in public spaces and inspire support through donations.
- Lead and manage a team of fundraisers across diverse outreach venues.
- Coach, train, and motivate the team to exceed financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Fundraise alongside the team, lead by example, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Support recruitment and training of new members, stay informed on CBM's vision, and participate in reviews and trainings.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donor acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate performance and donor acquisition reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education & Experience
Any Graduate & Above; 1–3 years as Team Coach / Leader or in a similar role.
