Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management tasks, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel-related activities. Responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management

Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits

Skills in Personnel Management and the ability to resolve employee concerns effectively

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
