About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Service Now Performance & Reporting Analyst to leverage Service Now’s reporting and analytics capabilities to drive data-based decisions, service excellence, and operational improvement across ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities : Reporting & Dashboard Creation : Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Service Now Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, and standard reporting tools.
Data-Driven Insights : Analyze ITSM data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
KPI Management : Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for IT service health and efficiency.
Process Improvement : Partner with process owners to understand reporting needs and create data-driven solutions that support continual service improvement.
Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
User Training & Support : Provide training and guidance to end users for effective use of dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications : 4–6 years of experience in Service Now Reporting or Data Analysis roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Service Now Performance Analytics (mandatory).
Solid understanding of Service Now data models, tables, relationships, and data sources.
Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
