Senior BIM Technician - Plumbing & Fire Protection

Role Summary

To work as part of our Services Team to provide CAD / BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate’s role will be as an MEP Revit Technician within the WSP India in our Noida / Bangalore office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects at any given time. You will report to CAD / BIM Manager in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models
• Clash detection and clash resolution
• Create Parametric Revit Families
• Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
• Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualisations
• Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualisations
• Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model.
