Job description

What Youll Do on a Typical Day :

The role includes working onaccess to Client SNAP tool

Responsible to identify missing hotel invoices within SNAP (tool) and chase invoices with hotel vendors directly

Responsible to update SNAP accurately with hotel VAT information for each hotel invoice

Updating SNAP daily in line with Service Level Agreement

Liaise with UK account Team Leader and Client Manager to provide updates / raise queries as required

Adhere to strict compliance guidelines regarding SNAP access

Responsible to activate and manage the NDC content on multiple OBTs

Support MIHD Level 1 team in creating DK / CAP AIM Profiles

Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client

What Were looking for :

Bachelors degree holder

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong Background and working knowledge on GDS Sabre Apollo Amadeus Galileo

Accuracy in data input and analytical qualities

Proven record of building internal relationships

Competent in using MS Excel & MS Outlook
