Job descriptionProven success in driving pipeline and revenue growth in SaaS , ideally in both PLG and sales-assisted environments. 2+ years’ experience in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company. Strong communication skills with experience in outreach and product demos. Comfortable working in a remote, international environment . Familiar with CRM and email automation tools. Remote, flexible work setup. Opportunity to work directly with the Founder. International market exposure (US & Europe). Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Location : Remote (India)
Work Hours : Europe & US time zones

Responsibilities
- Reach out to current users and run targeted email campaigns to drive conversions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified SaaS leads across Europe and the US.
- Set up demos and support sales-assisted growth in the B2B market.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on business development strategy.
- Track activities and report on pipeline, opportunities, and growth metrics.
