Job description

Role : Campaigns Manager

Location : Pune

Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development :

o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

o Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.

o Define clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

o Start with Google and Meta campaigns and then progressively add performance platforms like snapchat, Amazon ads, quick commerce platforms, retail media networks and so on.

  • Campaign Management :
  • o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads campaigns.

    o Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.

    o Utilize A / B testing and other experimentation techniques to improve campaign performance.

  • Audience Targeting :
  • o Develop targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.

    o Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience at the right time.

    o Continuously refine targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.

  • Analytics and Reporting :
  • o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.

    o Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    o Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Team Management :
  • o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

    o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

    o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including their latest features and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and optimization techniques.
  • A strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
