Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, managing paid campaigns across platforms (e.G., Google Ads and social media), analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ROI, and identifying data-driven opportunities. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated on marketing trends, and managing the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies including paid advertising, social media campaigns, and search engine marketing
• Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis
• Experience with online platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Proficiency in audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion tracking
• Excellent project management and communication skills for team collaboration
• Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets
• Knowledge of the legal industry or professional services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
