Roles and Responsibilities :
- Developing, managing and executing a comprehensive content strategy and content calendar.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create various types of content such as case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, offers, and more.
- Conducting research and ideating to produce engaging content assets such as blog posts, e-books, infographics, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and sales collateral.
- Repurposing existing content and creating new ideas for content marketing and lead generation.
- Writing video scripts to support the content strategy.
- Implementing SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic traffic.
- Ensuring that all content is optimized to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Providing assistance to team members on other written materials as needed.
- Managing freelance writers when required.
- Taking ownership of content delivery to support product or marketing projects, including email campaigns and sales collateral.
- Contribute to employer branding activities
Key skills required for the role :
7-9 years of experience in content writing or marketing communication, preferably in the B2B sector.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple priorities.Strong understanding of which platform is best suited for different types of content.Proficiency in conducting secondary research.Good time management and interpersonal skills.Data-driven approach with a good understanding of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant tools.Experience in online community building.Skills Required
