Role Purpose
Drive the talent agenda across AMESA (Asia, Middle East & South Africa) – shaping a future-ready workforce, building leadership pipelines, and leading initiatives across Talent Acquisition, D&I, Campus Hiring, Capability Development, Performance Management, Engagement, and Communications. This role partners closely with HR & business leadership across 8 plants and the regional office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Campus Hiring
Lead hiring for critical & volume roles across AMESA.
Build strong campus programs for early-career pipelines.
Drive D&I hiring strategies across plants & functions.
Strengthen employer branding to attract diverse talent.
2. Talent Strategy, Development & Pipeline
Design & execute the AMESA Talent Development Strategy.
Build succession pipelines for leadership & critical roles.
Implement IDPs, CDPs & leadership journeys.
Partner with business leaders to address talent gaps.
3. Performance Management & Capability Building
Lead and enhance the Performance Management System
Foster strong goal-setting, differentiation & feedback culture.
Drive digital, technical & behavioral capability programs.
Ensure e-learning adoption & blue-collar skill certifications.
4. Employee Engagement & Communications
Create innovative employee engagement strategies.
Lead clear, impactful internal & external communications.
Use surveys & listening tools to address engagement gaps.
5. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Partner with senior leaders across geographies to drive the talent agenda.
Handle complex discussions with credibility & empathy.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR & business leadership.
Collaborate with Plant HR, regional teams & global COEs.
Qualifications
Master’s in HR / Business Administration.
12+ years in HR with focus on Talent Management, PMS & L&D.
Experience in multi-country or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication & strategic HR skills.
