Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition :

Ensure efficient hiring processes from job requisition to candidate acceptance.
Reduce turnaround time for closing positions.

2. Custodian Ownership :

Develop and maintain job descriptions and training programs.

Maintain KRA & KPI sheets for all employees.

Collect onboarding feedback from new joiners.

3. Employee Engagement :

Design and implement engagement surveys.

Track absenteeism and retention through employee data.

Ensure regular communication about wellness and engagement initiatives.

4. Training & Development :

Identify training needs across departments.

Design and deliver targeted training programs to bridge skill gaps.

5. Policies & Procedures :

Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

Review and update policies annually.

6. Induction & Onboarding :

Conduct induction sessions for new employees.

Share HR policies, work culture, and expectations during onboarding.

Monitor timely performance evaluations of new hires.

7. Performance Management System (PMS) :

Align employee goals with company objectives.

Manage PMS cycle and resolve disputes, if any.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.

3-4 years of relevant HR experience.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
