Job descriptionTracking and overseeing the end to end delivery of all Azure cloud services within defined SLA / KPI. This position will ensure the ongoing delivery cloud-based solutions that will fulfill the technical and service requirements of ManpowerGroup 4+ years' experience of working as a Service Manager with experiencing liaising with internal customers and upstream vendors Experience within an IT Service Management role developing IT processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain Experience of delivering services that meet the business need and are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle Proven leadership ability with interpersonal skills and team building skills Practical experience in an Azure Cloud Managed Services business Practical experience engaging with DevOps teams, tooling and practices Proven track record in successful project execution Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with risk management Should have a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or telecommunications. Should have relevant Azure foundation certifications.
