Ticketing Executive (International)

🚨 We’re Hiring : Ticketing Executive (International) 🚨

🗓 Workdays : 6 days / week (rotational shifts & weekly offs)

🕘 Timings : Standard office hours

Key Responsibilities :

Perform accurate bookings and ticketing in Galileo (cryptic & generic formats)

Handle CAT 35 ITX fares, fare validation, refunds, and ticket issuance

Support international clients with itinerary queries, booking changes, and escalations

Ensure compliance with IATA & UK-BSP rules and maintain high data accuracy

Skills & Experience :

2–5 years in ticketing (tour operator / airline)

Strong Galileo GDS knowledge

High competency in CAT 35 ITX fares

Excellent communication & attention to detail

IATA certification is a plus
