Job Title : Automation Test Engineer

Location : Ahmedabad

Salary max. : 4-5 LPA

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute

automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software products . The ideal candidate will

have strong analytical skills, experience with various test automation tools, and a keen eye

for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using different tools / frameworks
Collaborate with developers, Manual Testers, and product managers to understand

requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Execute automated test suites for applicable platforms including web, mobile, and API

applications.

Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case reviews.

Enhance testing efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in test

automation frameworks.

Work closely with the manual testing team to identify test scenarios for automation.

Write clear and concise bug reports, and track issues through resolution.

Ensure compliance with software testing standards, procedures, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in automation testing.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test script

development.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, and web debugging tools.

Strong knowledge of atleast 1 testing frameworks

Experience in API testing using Postman

Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills / Experience :

Experience with performance testing tools (like JMeter, LoadRunner).

Knowledge of cloud-based test execution platforms (like BrowserStack).
