Job descriptionAdobe Photoshop (primary) Adobe Illustrator (icons, vectors, infographics) Adobe Lightroom (product clean-up & enhancement) Figma (landing sections, UI / UX tweaks) After Effects (motion graphics for animated ads) Ability to create 8–20 variations daily depending on complexity Revisions should be fast, clean, and structured Work under tight deadlines with consistent quality Maintain organized PSD files, layers, component libraries Turn average product shots into premium high-quality visuals Add shadows, highlights, mockups, compositions, and retouching Create premium luxury visuals for Sadhna + bold aesthetic visuals for Smart Gym Science Convert founder’s ideas quickly into polished ad creatives Know what attracts clicks (colors, contrasts, fonts, layout) Understanding of target audiences (Indian TG) Ability to design for scroll-stopping first 1 second Translate marketing angles into visual storylines Work daily with performance marketing team Take structured feedback & produce quick turnaround versions Maintain creative logs, asset libraries, and versioning Mastery of Photoshop & Illustrator Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, contrast Ability to create bold Indian-first ad styles Fast retouching + product enhancement skills Experience with D2C ad creatives preferred 50–100 creatives / week depending on tasks First draft delivery within 6–12 hours Revisions within 2–4 hours Maintain 90%+ accuracy to brand style Produce creatives that consistently improve CTR, CPC, ROAS Fast thinker, fast executor Has strong visual communication sense Obsessed with improving ad performance Understands trends in reels / thumbnails / ads Can work independently & handle feedback maturely

- Design Meta / Google / Amazon ad creatives focused on CTR & conversion
- Build multiple variations : hooks, sticker-style elements, bold typography, comparison layouts
- Design for different goals : acquisition, retargeting, awareness, UGC frames, and offer creatives
