About the Role :
As a Social Media Associate for Protyze, you’ll be at the intersection of fitness, culture, content, and community. From shooting scroll-stopping reels to crafting killer copy, you’ll own our social voice across platforms – building brand love, driving engagement, and fueling our rapid growth.
You’ll thrive in this role if you :
- Think in memes, talk in reels, and write captions in your sleep.
- Know what’s trending before it trends.
- Can shoot, edit, and upload faster than most people can say “algorithms.”
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage end-to-end content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and moreCraft snappy, platform-specific copy – from carousel posts and static creatives to reel scripts and VO promptsShoot & edit short-form content (especially reels, behind-the-scenes, product drops, UGC, and challenges)Collaborate with design, editorial, and performance teams to bring ideas to lifeLead trendspotting and create timely, topical content rooted in Gen Z & fitness cultureManage daily community engagement – DMs, comments, shoutouts, collabsTrack analytics, measure what’s working, and optimise content using dataLead, ideate and execute campaigns, collabs, and influencer activitiesSupport the marketing and PR team in creating social-first content to amplify brand stories in media coverage, influencer collaborations, and press initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.Requirements :
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social for D2C / lifestyle / FMCG / fitness brandsStrong copywriting chops with a good sense of visual aestheticsExperience shooting and editing content on your phone (basic reel-level editing a must)Working knowledge of platform algorithms, posting best practices, and content strategyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentPassionate about fitness, wellness, or building youth brandsNice to Have :
