Job description

Project Coordinator Role

  • Oversee the successful implementation of travel products for clients.
  • Document and track projects using client-specific processes and tools.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the project team throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure adherence to client-defined onboarding procedures.
  • Lead joint planning meetings and facilitate collaboration among project members.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities to all project members.
  • Prepare agendas and produce detailed call notes for weekly conference calls.
  • Monitor project progress and update tracking tools accordingly.
  • Proactively manage project risks and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Proven ability to interface with clients for status updates.
  • Hands-on experience in managing software product implementations.
  • Familiarity with travel technology platforms or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated delivery of at least two similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management and collaboration principles.
