We are seeking a talented
Senior HRIS Specialist
to join our client and lead the digitalization of compensation management within SuccessFactors.
About the Role :
This is a techno-functional position that requires a blend of technical expertise and deep understanding of HR compensation processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in independently managing and optimizing our compensation campaigns, ensuring seamless configuration, administration, and end-to-end process management on SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the digital transformation of compensation processes within SuccessFactors
- Configure and administer compensation modules, including campaigns, templates, and guidelines
- Manage the entire compensation review cycle : requirements gathering, template setup, budget loading, and salary publishing
- Generate offer letters and communicate compensation changes effectively
- Lead change management initiatives and support digitization efforts
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth process flows and system integrations
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and presentations
What We’re Looking For :
