Job Title : Civil Project Manager / Site Engineer

Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience : 5–6 years of experience in supervision / PMC on behalf of engineering consultancy company.

Job Location : Kolkata

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Civil Project Manager to oversee and coordinate different civil construction sites in and around Kolkata. Occasionally, the designated personnel may have to visit other project sites inside and outside of West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor, and quality control of civil construction sites from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely completion.
Collect, compare, review and analysis of BOQ and market rates.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of civil drawings, construction methods, construction materials.

well organized in documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Personnel with motorcycle will get additional advantage. Expenses for fuel would be borne by the office.

Salary : Negotiable , based on experience and qualifications.
