Responsibilities :
Greet clients when they come to the store.
Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish, i.e., handling client enquiries, taking client orders, taking clients' measurements in person and online, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery, and providing after-sales service to the client.
Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
Work closely with the production team to gather updates on client orders, quality checks, and timely delivery
Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips to the client.
Generating daily sales reports and sharing them with your reporting manager
Conducting research and developing unique strategies for store sales
Organize, maintain and update client database on a regular basis
Take on specific / ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc.
Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in fields related to design
2+ years of work experience in a Store
Experience working with a Fashion house / multi-designer Store
Strong communication skills
Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of customer service
Positive attitude
