Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive – Field Operations to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our software products to businesses and clients through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demos to clients, either on-site or virtually.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are fully addressed.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiation of deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events as required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.1–2 years of experience in software sales, B2B preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.Willingness to travel frequently for field work.Basic understanding of IT / software products (CRM, ERP, etc.).Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.Additional Information :
