Your Role
As a Professional Services Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the configuration and delivery of Experience Management (XM) solutions for our customers. Leveraging and developing your expertise in the Medallia platform, you will collaborate with senior team members to implement technical solutions.
This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery. You will support customer implementations end-to-end, including requirement gathering, configuration, QA, UAT, and launch, while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document customer requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer business needs, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and launch activities to ensure successful deployments.
- Participate in client meetings, providing platform expertise and assisting in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or inquiries.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for optimisation.
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience with the Medallia platformAbility to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.Exposure to common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS, and integration technologies / protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP, etc.).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Fully professional fluency in EnglishSkills Required
