Job descriptionMinimum High school(10th) education with basic understanding of cutting and food preparation. Physically fit and ready for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good hygiene, discipline, punctual, clean shaved and willingness to learn. Must be flexible to do break shifts. Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules.
- Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking.
- Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards.
- Support in packing & dispatch only when needed.
- Keep your station clean and hygienic.
