Don Miller is a fast-growing men’s accessories brand backed by a 27+ year-old company with over 1,950 employees. While the parent group has deep roots in the global accessories industry, Don Miller is our bold new venture for the modern Indian consumer.
We’re already available online (website, Amazon) and expanding offline with kiosks. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take our digital business (website + marketplaces) to the next level. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to scale D2C brands through smart marketing, sharp analytics, and relentless focus on growth metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue growth across website + marketplace
- Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google, marketplaces) – run campaigns directly or hold agencies accountable
- Optimize product pages, pricing, promotions, and funnels to increase AOV & conversions
- Track & improve key growth KPIs : Revenue, AOV, CAC, ROAS
- Build acquisition + retention strategies (email, SMS, loyalty, referrals)
What We’re Looking For
