Job Title : Senior Executive – Human Resources (HRBP & Employee Engagement)
Job Summary :
The role supports key HRBP functions, driving talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring alignment of people initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with business units on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire experience.
Design and implement employee engagement, reward & recognition, and employer branding initiatives.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
Support internal communication plans and culture-building programs to enhance employee experience.
Maintain HR data, prepare HRMIS reports, and ensure policy adherence and compliance.
Desired Profile :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in HRBP and employee engagement roles, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS / ATS tools and MS Office.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development and culture building.
