Senior Project Management

Description :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery excellence for our gaming development teams. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven project management experience in a product or gaming environment, with deep expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks, JIRA management, and analytical reporting.

This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, ensure sprint discipline, and provide actionable insights through structured reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent game development projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Product, Design, Development, QA, and Art - to align project goals and timelines.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure team accountability.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide clear visibility to leadership through reports and dashboards.
• Own and optimize JIRA workflows, ensuring accurate backlog tracking, sprint velocity, and issue management.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, sprint reports, and KPIs to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Foster collaboration, remove blockers, and enable efficient communication between stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to plan product releases, monitor milestones, and track post-release performance.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and Agile practices across teams.
