Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Senior Associate – IT & Admin

to oversee day-to-day IT operations and administrative functions. The role will ensure smooth technology support, vendor coordination, compliance, and facility management, contributing to efficient business operations and employee experience.

How you will make an impact :

IT Operations

Provide L1 / L2 support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.

Ensure data security, backups, and access control across systems.

Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service escalations.

Monitor IT assets inventory, license renewals, and compliance with IT policies.

Support new employee IT onboarding (email setup, access rights, hardware allocation).

Administration

Oversee day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.

Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services within budget.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery and maintenance.

Support travel, logistics, and event / meeting arrangements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Maintain records, documentation, and reporting for audit purposes.

We are looking for people who are :

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration (or equivalent).

3–8 years of experience in IT support and administrative functions.

Hands-on exposure to IT troubleshooting, hardware / software management, and office administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, networking, IT security, and cloud tools (Google Workspace / O365).

Good understanding of IT asset management and vendor coordination.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
