Career Development and Placement Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Client mapping and getting the open vacancy and On the Job Training (OJT) for the undergrad and grad students.
• Counselling the students and preparing them for the interviews with the clients.
• Centre and partner visits and ensuring orientation program is done with all the enrolled students.
• Continuously mining new open positions and increasing employer base.
• Ensuring placement of all the students enrolled in the course
• Ensuring OJT / Offer letters & OJT Completion letters are collected with the respective
• clients on time.
• Ensuring achievements of the placement targets.
• Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation and interviews (phone and in-person
• Taking care of the entire student lifecycle after enrolment
• Counselling students for onboarding and attending the interview
• Collecting of the documents and testimonials
• Maintaining the database
• Maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards
• Scheduling roundtable of CXO,CHROs
