Job Title : Associate Producer

Location : Urmi Estate, Lower Parel

Experience Required : 2–4 years in Advertising / TVC production

Role Overview :

As an Associate Producer, you will support the production team in executing ad film projects from concept to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in advertising production who is looking to grow into a leadership role. You’ll work closely with Producers and Senior Producers, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing day-to-day production activities across multiple projects.
• Support pre-production planning including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with directors, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Help coordinate shoots, manage logistics, and ensure smooth on-set operations.
• Track post-production timelines and deliverables including edits, sound, and final outputs.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across internal and external teams.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of assets.
