This position is remote and is based in Bangalore, India. Purpose and scope

• Performs vendor contracting activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Vendor Oversight & Relationship (VOR) Relationship Manager, Functional vendor managers, Procurement and Global Contract Office (GCO), local Legal / Procurement support) and the vendor stakeholders.
• Writes / updates Exhibit A (descriptions of services) of RAPV vendor contracts with support from the Functional Vendor Manager and Vendor Oversight & Relationship (VOR) Relationship Manager.
• Coordinates and tracks the review process for all RAPV vendor contracts activities and flags delays.
