Role Overview :
The Salesforce QA Lead will drive end-to-end quality assurance for complex Salesforce implementations, combining leadership, manual testing expertise, and automation strategy.
This role requires strong technical depth in Salesforce, hands-on experience with multiple automation tools, and proven ability to lead teams in delivering bug-free, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce projects.
- Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned
to functional / business requirements.
Oversee defect lifecycle management, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution.Implement automation frameworks and guide script development using at least two tools from : Selenium with Java, Provar, Tosca, AccelQ.Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure requirementclarity and test completeness.
Drive functional, regression, integration, UI / UX, and usability testing.Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting best practices in Salesforce testing.Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and Agile / Scrum Skills & Qualifications :Salesforce Testing Expertise : Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and integration points.Automation Proficiency : Minimum 2 tools : Selenium with Java, Provar, Tosca, AccelQ.Test Management : JIRA or similar for test case management and defect tracking.QA Methodologies : SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum, regression, and usability testing.Soft Skills : Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management(ref : hirist.tech)
