Job description

Contract Type : Contract (Long-term)

Location : Full remote from India

Start Date : ASAP

Languages Required : Fluent English

Experience Required : Minimum 6+ years, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow Order Management

Education : Engineering degree / University degree in Computer Science, Ergonomics, or related field (Bac+5 preferred)

Required Skills

Technical & Functional Expertise :

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (6+ years total, 3+ years in Order Management).

Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules : CSM, ITSM, SPM.

Strong expertise in CSDM.

Deep understanding of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.

Proficiency with integrations (scripted APIs, Integration Hub).

Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform and core features (CMDB, applications, shared capabilities).

Practical experience in portal management & customization.

Strong experience in Service Catalog definition and setup.

Ability to design, prototype, and transform ideas into ServiceNow solutions.

Knowledge of sales and ordering processes (SPM processes a plus).

Professional Skills (Methods & Processes) :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience collaborating with architects, BAs, and tech leads.

Capable of translating user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customization.

Soft Skills :

Fluent English with excellent communication skills (ability to explain complex topics to non-IT stakeholders).

Fast learner with proactive attitude.

Strong teamwork skills – able to support and collaborate when challenges arise.

Note : As part of the selection process, candidates will undergo a technical assessment.

Mission Description

You will join a core ServiceNow transformation program, with a focus on Order Management and Delivery processes .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop enhancements identified during UAT and review existing designs for improvements.

Implement ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions, including :

Simple order capture and orchestration.

Complex order capture and orchestration with links to SPM & CSM.

Integrations with third-party tools.

Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and tech leads to design and implement best-practice ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure solutions align with platform standards and minimize customizations.

Nice to Have

Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with global enterprise environments.

Knowledge of SPM processes.
