Our platform combines behavioral analytics, AI-driven learning paths, and contextual coaching inside tools people already use — Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, GitHub, etc.

We help organisations cut wasted L&D spend and boost employee productivity by turning everyday work data into actionable growth insights.

We’re currently in the pilot stage , with 30+ organisations in the pipeline and several already onboarded.

We’re moving fast — but we need strong technical leadership to :

• Standardise code quality, reviews, and architecture.
• Align backend, frontend, and AI pods.
• Ship stable, secure, scalable code on time.
• Build a professional development culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role : you’ll code, review, architect, and mentor while helping shape the foundation of an AI SaaS product used by global teams.

Compensation : Standard hourly rate + ESOP potential
