Performance Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to play a key role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.
- Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic etc.)
- Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth
- Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths and media mix optimization
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building data-driven culture within the organization

7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics or digital growth rolesStrong command of digital ad platforms : Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Ads and emerging channelsProficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools : Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred)Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing and ROI forecastingExceptional analytical skills with ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomesStrong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholdersWhat We Offer
