Role Summary
The Campus Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end campus hiring activities, including planning, coordination with colleges, handling candidate data, and ensuring smooth execution of campus drives. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel , data accuracy, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Hiring Coordination
- Coordinate with universities, TPOs, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute campus hiring drives.
- Manage logistical arrangements for assessments, interviews, pre-placement talks, and onboarding activities.
- Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, instructions, and required documents.
- Ensure smooth execution of campus drives and resolve any on-ground or virtual issues.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate databases, drive trackers, and hiring dashboards.Ensure timely updates of results, assessments, and interview outcomes.Perform data cleaning, validation, consolidation, and reporting.Generate weekly / monthly reports, MIS, and insights for leadership.Work with large datasets and ensure 100% accuracy in data handling.Advanced Excel Responsibilities
Use advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and basic macros (preferred).Build dashboards and reports for tracking campus hiring metrics.Automate repetitive tasks using Excel-based tools where possible.Stakeholder Management
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, and business teams for hiring updates.Coordinate with academic institutions and external partners.Ensure timely communication and seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory).Excellent communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.Ability to multitask and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Comfort working with large volumes of candidate data.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, campus hiring, recruitment operations, or MIS roles.Prior experience in campus hiring or data-heavy roles is an added advantage.
