This position involves no lead generation or direct sales tasks.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves managing communications with overseas clients, understanding and addressing their needs, and ensuring that client requirements are effectively relayed to other team members. The Customer Relationship Executive will serve as a representative of our company in a global marketplace, engaging with clients primarily via email and chat. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension), and a commitment to accuracy in communication without making unsubstantiated promises.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Communication and Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, responding to inquiries and understanding their needs.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and updates on ongoing projects.
  • Ensure client queries are addressed accurately and promptly via email and chat, maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
  • Representation and Brand Building
  • Present the company professionally in a global marketplace, representing the company's values and capabilities.
  • Maintain high standards in email and written communication to enhance the company's reputation with international clients.
  • Commitment to Accuracy and Integrity
  • Follow established communication guidelines, providing clients with precise information without making false commitments.
  • Uphold transparency and integrity in all client interactions, building trust and credibility with the company's international clientele.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Any graduate.

Communication Skills : Fluent in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).

Technical Skills : Basic computer skills for office-based computer work.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
