We are looking for a highly talented Computing system Support Engineer to join our unique team.

What's in it for you

Provide Computing HW / System Support for our products installed at customer sites around the world, working with global support functions, R&D , SW, HW and Application teams to make sure our tools function as designed.

What you'll be doing :

• Function as a technical support Tier for Computing issues

Work on all field Computing escalations that don't require design changes

Take part in Computing HW development road map milestones, new features and components reviews and demos

Perform new installations and upgrades

Develop training programs for field engineers

What you should have

At least 3 years' experience in Computing Technical Support or a position of similar as Tier 3 at major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer, like Dell, HP, IBM, NetApp,…)

Proven experience with Microsoft / Linux operating systems.

Advantage : previous experience as Professional Services / Post Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager
