Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and hiring skilled blue-collar workers, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and programs. Other tasks include managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, conducting training programs, and administering benefits.

• Strong skills in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs
• Proficiency in labor law and compliance
• Ability to manage employee records and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus
