Regional Sales Manager

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop account-specific strategies to drive growth and retention. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities. Provide insights and recommendations for adapting strategies to dynamic market conditions. Work closely with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management. Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of customer issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery. Support the development of marketing materials and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to design a comprehensive marketing calendar for export business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South India.
- Identify new market opportunities and build a robust pipeline of customers across Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements :
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries.
Proven expertise in managing regional sales operations and achieving growth targets.
Expertise in Key Account Management (KAM), including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
