About the Role
Revolut is a financial technology company that offers a range of products to help customers manage their money.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Outsourcing Strategist to join our team in India.
This role will involve developing and implementing outsourcing strategies, ensuring compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and Indian regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vendor management, outsourcing oversight, and third-party risk management within financial services or fintech.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing the third-party risk management policy and operating model for Revolut in India
- Managing outsourcing relationships, ensuring compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and Indian regulatory requirements
- Overseeing due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor monitoring for both intra-group and external providers
- Monitoring service level agreements, downtime, subcontracting, patch management, and remediation plans to ensure service quality and operational resilience
- Collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to prepare audit-ready documentation, ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory obligations on outsourcing, capital adequacy, and operational resilience
