Quality Engineer

Job Description :

1.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

2. Manage Training - Continuous improvement toolkit through FISHBORE DIAGRAM & etc, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and adherence to established procedures.

3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality control metrics such as product defects, rework rates, and customer complaints.

4. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

5. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues, implement process Improvements, and support new product Introductions.

7. Manage the documentation and record-keeping process for quality control activities, including maintaining accurate records of test results, inspections, and corrective actions.

8. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality control and implement changes as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

9. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of quality control.

10. Fulfilling ISO 9001 : 2015,IMS requirements related to site activities.

11. Preparation of Project Quality Plan and Work Procedures & Checklist. Monitor NC’s & KPI’s.

12. Monitoring of site activities ensuring quality of work.

13. Preparation of checklists for the completed works.

14. Maintaining healthy relationship with the client & New innovative

15. Conduct regular training to the staff for awareness of QMS & Site activates.

16. Conducting regular site trainings and audits by Visit / MS TEMS.

17. Involvement in site erection activities and coordinating with client.

18. Coordinate and plan execution works with client and team members and achieve targets.

10. Co-ordination with planning for the vendor’s assessment.

11. Inspection of materials before dispatch from the factory & Receipt at site.

12. Auditing & Inspection.

13. Incoming Material inspection.

14. Risk management.

15. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical.

18. Prepare Pre commissioning report & ITP. Supervises the testing all systems on site

Qualification : B.Tech Electrical / Diploma ( Electrical)

Experience : 05 yrs to 08 yrs
