Job description

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team at Delveio Consulting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple HR functions and wants to grow with a fast-moving tech consulting company.

What You'll Handle :

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee records and HR documentation
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Payroll coordination
  • Employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Policy implementation and compliance
  • Supporting leadership with HR needs

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labour basics
  • Positive attitude and people-first approach

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience in a tech or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
