Level 11(3 to 5 Years)

Provide functional, technical or administrative support to resolve customer problems and querie24 / 5 shift

Flexible with both RTO & hybrid

Good communication skills

3-8 years work experience in customer service

Preferred experience but not mandatory Hospitality / Travel / Tourisms.

Versant Score : 55 and Above

Work Experience : strictly 3+ years
